My professional journey began in Information Technology in the banking industry, where I subsequently spent many years serving clients at two of Singapore's major banks. Those experiences taught me the importance of understanding each client's unique circumstances, respecting their priorities, and ensuring every recommendation is thoughtful and well considered.

Following my banking career, I had the privilege of working with university undergraduates, coaching and mentoring them as they prepared for their careers. This experience strengthened my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and life stages, appreciating that everyone's aspirations and circumstances are unique.

Over the years, I have also built my own property investment portfolio as part of my retirement planning. Like many homeowners and investors, I have experienced the excitement of purchasing property, the uncertainties that come with important financial decisions, and the satisfaction of seeing long-term plans come to fruition. These personal experiences, together with my professional training as a real estate salesperson, enable me to better understand the concerns and expectations of my clients.
